Being a Leader is not that hard.. If you're not trying to make "the best clan in game" or "the most active clan in game" At first just get people you like to play with in the clan.
And have no rush in it.
For me it's easy.. we only have finnish people in clan. People find our clan on their own. No need to recruit and try to find new people all the time.
But assigning good LT's is the key.. They can manage the clan when you are having a break. -
