Clan management - failure/Support

Hi, my nme is DaveP4, I have my own clan Nightmare!

There is one problem, taht support said, would be quickly solved, but wasnt. Our clan should have cca. 700 pts., have a look, but its telling me, that we have only 200 and we have a very bad rank because of this mistake. So i want to now, if its gonna be solved or not. Thank you DaveP4

Send a support ticket. I had this problem too and I sent a support ticket.:)

I did, they said working on it month ago and nothing. I sent a new one, they said i will have a bann if i will not be quiet. A MONTH AGO!!!
