First off, why would it not be legal? Second, what "secret" is involved in the process of holding a raffle? And third, he needs you to register so that you have a chance to win.

if you make your account when Z8 page clan it's updating, you get this error because not it's possible Open a Profile to check the USN if exist or not.

Whether or not they actually give out the $10 in ZP is beyond me. The site is seemingly safe. Looks as if they get their money from advertisements and donations. They do not request your username, nor password. And you only need to register your account using your USN. Nothing terribly fishy about it in general. I registered, if it makes anyone feel better. xD
