If the hour was chosen randomly, I'd agree with that suggestion. Otherwise, it would condone (if not even encourage) farming.

There's already the ak fury/beast giving people in the game +20% exp and it stacks. Idk why you would need another factor to encourage farming.

I really like this idea, but personally I would rather see a small discount in the mall personally, or an increase in GP rather than more EXP plus.
