Need help paying for z8 points (GM's help)

right basically i was gonna buy 20k to edit my clans name and logo, then this buddy thing came up and when i clicked on pay pal, basically it just sent me to this pay-pal sandbox and all this testing stuff i was like 0o because ive never seen it before and I'm incredibly confused, the previous thing was awesome. it was simple, this is just a wee bit complex and silly, help please?


its either I'm having a huge blonde moment or you guys are being really stupidly complex about how you pay for your z8 points.

I just went through a quick look at purchasing z8 points with paypal, it seems as normal as it's always been. Perhaps you should take another go at it?

eh ive tried twice, before it used to redirect me straight to pay pal, now it give me the options of who i use, then i click on pay pal and then it asks me how i want to pay for it via credit card or visa etc, then it asks me to sign into paypal sandbox in which i end up having to make an account then, it says create a test account etc. ive got the screen shot of this yang hu's test site or whatever its called and it doesn't redirect me. im like wth.

just for the record, i already have a pay pal account.
and i never had this problem paying for Z8 points till today.

ah acilles hey ya i left semper too, have a private clan with my clans just fyi ya but ive had that problem too with ebay, my computer had a virus on it and it started to ask me for my ss number and my pin for my credit card, make sure u dont have any viruses on ur comp..

There should be a spot to log in with your existing account.

I'm unaware of any major changes made to the process. I'll see if I can find something.

In the mean time send that screenshot and the details you listed here to support. They will be able to also help track down any potential issues and give you an answer.
