Would like to see this again. Never had the chance to get a permanent Santa Hat or Pmpkin Hat. Anyway, an official has already stated that hats will not come back unless they fix the bug with it (you may win more than one, but all besides the first one will be removed).
Since that most likely is not on the list of priorities of Smilegate, we will never get them back again.
Besides, it seems they found it way better to put those seasonal hats as ZP temps (which I guess generates still more money than giving them out for GP, which only indirectly cost money).

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I'VE BOUGHT ARMOR WITH COUPONS IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS BECAUSE THERE'S EFF ELSE? I have all the gold ish. PSG-RD, had a wrench, jsut got an mp7-silenced. fortunate enough to have perm axe. gimmegimme! EFFFF THE WHAT (-3-)
WOULD LOVE A NEW PERM MELEE IN THERE. Something good besides axe that actually lasts forever. -
