What's the scrim system nowadays?

What I know:

- SnD
- 5v5

What I don't know:

- Are people using the fail Clan War system for actual scrims?
- What's the format (how many rounds)
- Any "banned" maps?

People still use spop in beta. It's kinda obnoxious.

Use the schwarz jedi master! Aim for the middle! Its still in the same place

They add some new thing like 12 round EM, but no restrictions same as it used to be

Depends what your team/the opposite team is used to really. When we were active, we only scrimmed 5v5, 11 rounds and every map. The beta clan server is still bugged as hell, but it beats creating some random room on a random server. (we used to that, pre-betaclanserver)

It all depends how you want to play it really. Anyone saying you should play it to a certain format, is just being an idiot, because the only place where there are specific formats is leagues such as ESL, WOGL (right?) and such.

so true. it bugs me but i have spop lol, now i think ill stop using it in scrims

Doesn't matter.

It's still psycologically harder to hit.
