Usaforces and Foe

I heard from this one guy in game from Usa forces saying that they are a good gm clan, and so is foe. Is this true? I'm thinking of joining one of them if this is true.

They're both not that good but FoE is slightly better.. It's a good place if you're new to GM since it's full of people and it's active so they can help you out sort of

I have 3 replays of them Lts using it. Too funny and they act like nothing happened.
