Why do you have spaces between the bbcode brackets? You should have used [noparse][noparse] codes [/noparse][/noparse].

Still think you should sticky this...known forumers like me didn't even know those references existed and had to go through a lot (internet and friends) to learn simple codes such as colors or images..

Would make it a lot easier for the general public to learn about the codes.

As it should be as it doesn't apply to CrossFire itself, but the forum as a whole.


Also, I'd suggest if you want to make a thread showing new users how to use bbcode, to use the noparse bbcode tags so that they don't get confused with the extra space in the codes you put up.

Noparse tags around other bbcode tags make it so that they do not activate.

For example;

A regular bb code

[noparse]A regular bb code but with noparse tags[/noparse]

Also, thanks to Natt for pointing out my thread. I've moved it to CF OT as it was in one of our old, now hidden, Z8Games sections. However that seems to be my un-updated version.

And, I need to update the Ultimate Forumer's Guide a bit, I've added that to my list to complete.
