video ideas? ~~~
im in the process of making a ghost mode montage but its going kind of slow because i have so many replays and so little patience with frapsing, putting into camtasia studio, editing etc..
i was thinking about what else i could do, for example i thought maybe a video of killing popular players lol.. idk though anyone have any ideas?
no awm videos they are boring

Just get the basic fraps, it only records in 30 second clips. Which means your very conservative with footage.
I.e. just record when you close to a kill or in the action. .. it sounds hard but having a good hot key its really easy.. -

i have a pirated version of fraps which can record for as long as i want
and i already have enough amazing kills to make an entire montage
the problem is im not patient enough to watch the replays i saved and fraps out the kills i want -

Well then the only lesson you need, is one in patience, lol.
I just get each of my fraps footage, compress it, run it through Sony Vegas and cut it in to the best bits,, then after a week or so i have around 10 mins,, then cut it some more..
Making a vid at home is all about practice and knowing how to manage your replays.. -

so u r kind of hacker for the fraps-makers. tststs...
in fact, thats the way it is. most important the is the idea, and then its a boring one-piece-after-the-other work.
in another project i had to watch 10 hours of (#%^#%^boring ) video material, in the end the whole film was only 100 secs.
i dont know how u can avoid this sisyphus work.
i will send u an idea for a crossfire vid as pm. -
Well, the problem is that REPLAY footage is terrible to look at.
Its only good for VERY LITTLE 3rd person stuff. (Transitions, etc.)
I really wouldn't suggest making a video out of it. I was able to record with FRAPS at 60fps in a 3v3.
Honestly, your video will not be good with replay footage, sorry. -

Listen to this guy!
He said pretty much everything what i was about to say.. -
Fraps is a lot more flexable as far as editing programs go.
Also, the quality is generally better, growler has always been a cheap FRAPS imo.
