Invalid Item and 0:2:0:0 and 0:4:0:0 Errors
We're in the middle of investigating the issue surrounding these errors.
They are all most likely related, please note that in the past a 0:4:0:0 error was caused by a connection problem, this is what we're using as the start of our investigation.
They are also not affecting everyone.
We are also asking players to try the Bravo server to see if they get the same error messages.
We'll post more information as it becomes available. Thanks for your patience.

I cannot play. I have tried and tried to play and nothing. just hack tool 0.2.0.0
Join bravo server, then find a friend that is playing in alpha and join in on them. It's the only way i can get into alpha server.
Yes i am getting 0:2:0:0 and 0:4:0:0 Hack tools, don't know why but i know it has nothing to do with the patch since i started getting them yesterday morning. Hope that little info helps

I am legit player, never hacked or anything. I got error called Hack tool detected every time log to my account. I reboot my computer still saying same thing. I just hope that my account do not get banned for nothing..... + i do not want to lose my honest ribbon....

We are definitely looking in to this case.
Can you post the IGN's of the two accounts? (the one that you can and can't log in)
Letting us know which servers you can play on and which you can't also helps too. -

the account name *ilent dosent work but the account name vlach works fine hope this will help thanx -

acc *ilent dosent work at all acc vlach works fine all servers and channels
acc [Z][E][R][0] works fine all channels and servers thanx

Me too sir I have the same problem!!!!!,, my main account hack tool detected (1)(0:2:0:0) or Invalid item information :SS but my noob account works as normal
My main IGN: I-MiStaKe.?
My noob IGN: -fALSE.
i already play in uk4 server and when i try to log in any uk servers
please help us fast -
