Simple change to the voting/kicking system

I have read that the current kicking system is in a overhaul, but without an firm ETA. I do understand that, and I have a simple suggestion to make the system work a little bit better for the time being.

The current system shows the amount of players that have voted YES or NO. I have noticed that players tend to wait on other players for casting their vote.
When a few players at the same time vote YES, a domino effect will start and other players will vote YES. I believe most of them don't even actually think about the vote, but just go with the flow.

I think that Z8 should ask the developers to make a simple change to this system to make players vote more consciously. The voting results should be published after the vote ended. This way, players won't be affected by other players and will be more conscious about their own vote.

I'm guessing this is not very hard to modify and I can't think of negative effects because of this change. Thanks for reading, I hope to get a reply soon.

1. bl0cklist set to 999
2. forums don't affort to talking about a random acc. so mod's will need to /close 24/7 about random forumjoiner

so -1 ... who cares what people think? ... there is more than one kickvote option.
