ohai 9, so like you said about my charge back, i've waited the week and still NOPE. apparently i don't exist or at least that's how i feel, i mean 4 weeks and not a single reply is absurd for any customer service. i understand people are busy and all but this is just outrageous that its been 4 weeks. @_@.

Idc. Sorry to be blunt about it, but I'm not a mod anymore. And besides, it's your issue with support, no mod can change that.
Idk why they wouldn't respond to it in a timely manner. I'm sure they have their excuses.
It's possible they did reply to it and you did not notice it. -
