Ok so basically the idea is , We don't get anything at all anymore after leveling up to Staff sergeant , So my idea is lets still give prizes : Example = SFC 4rd = 10k GP and 7 days Dualt colt. Master sergeant 1st = 15k GP and 14 days Field Shovel. 2nd LT 8st class = 30 Days M4A1 Adv + 10k GP.

Well I'm start with SFC1
Sfc1: 20k GP + Combat Axe 7 Days
Master Sergeant1: 10k GP + Dual Uzis 14 Days
Second Lieutenant1: 40k GP + Kukri 7 Days
First Lieutenant1: 50k GP + M16A4 14 Days
Captain1: Mauser 30 Days
...
...
...
Marshal: Gold Axe Perm (<-- Never going to happen but w/e
)
(Higher Level = Better Prizes)
I just put random guns/weapons in as prizes. -

Though your suggestion is reasonable, it's highly unlikely to be implemented. Like someone above had already mentioned, this suggestion would cause for serious problems. So many have already several of these ranks, and would still need to be given these prizes. This would mean staff would have to give these prizes out to those people manually, creating an enormous amount of extra work for them.
