Gifting Item Mall items

Is there a way to gift items from the item mall, Lets just say i was stupid and put 60$ on my account and i want to get my brother and I a gold package(27,000 zp). i havent seen a way to gift but i could be wrong.

Anyways im asking because i dont want to spend another 30 dollars that i don't have too.
