You could put the Crossfire compatible on Mac OS X Lion, because several people have this OS and not play Crossfire ..

Cross Fire isn't compatible with Mac OS, however you could research something which will make you be able to run Windows programs, such as Cross Fire.

You can get a bootcamp to run windows in a Mac, and CF will run on your Mac OS X Lion.

u can use virtual box and install windows XP or W7 Mac OS
