In return for CF crashing...

So. Seeing that CrossFire is realistically a waste of time (unless a financial gain or some other reward is achieved), and out of the maybe 10 hours that I wasted on it this weekend, the two or three (of the previously mentioned 10) that have been sh-t on by client errors, "Hack Tool Detected"'s, server disconnections, failure to connect to any of the servers at all, getting kicked by Brazilians, or just plain crashes, have really gotten me butthurt. I have no priorities (because I am only 16) other than school and have time to do anything with only limits of weather and law; but I cherish the time available to me to do whatever I may be doing. That being said, and as I said before, I got really butthurt that so much of my time spent actually putting forth effort (something that I usually find hard to do) went unrewarded. I understand that, to the people that maintain CrossFire's servers and client, that my time spent is most likely on the bottom of your list of priorities, but even with that, I'm just asking that maybe you could help us all out a little bit by paying us back with maybe 5-10k EXP and/or 15-25k GP for all of our wasted time on the currently dysfunctional game. I do not feel entitled to my request being fulfilled, I am just making a request.
tl;dr: I feel cheated. I am butthurt. Please give me EXP and GP that I would have already had if CrossFire would've happened to work correctly. Please.

Everyone would enjoy the free items if given out, but keep in mind several factors.
First of all, you're playing their game, and a free game. Its nothing such as a time limited access for a monthly payment as seen in some games. Being a completely free to play game, they are not implied to give you any compensation for the server matters.
Second, the server's crashing are not on Z8's behalf. Seeing as these issues concerning the servers happen mostly on weekends shows that the servers may be under various ddos attacks.
As for in game issues like getting kicked, it is on the community. It would seem foolish to be giving compensation for the corrupt community, in which Z8 has little to no control over. Client errors, on the other hand, are used to detect glitching, bugs, and some hacks. It may be unfortunate for a legitimate player to encounter those, but its another measure to ensure legitimate gameplay, etc.
Basically, compensation would not be given for issues that were not under Z8's intent, and less often for a free-to-play game. -

1st paragraph, probably right as with most video games, and 16 yrs old and no priorities? Damn son, get your head on straight!
2nd paragraph, not gonna delve into the grammar check; anyways can't fathom that you didn't get rewarded for your effort. I was rewarded with a comical time watching the servers crash and burn like Gotham City on a dark scary night. Maybe a dose of optimism will help.
3rd paragraph, how else will they understand what the player is going through if they don't care about them? A pretty dim view if you ask me. I'd rather believe that they DO take in all these threads, even the deleted and closed ones, and also the posts on FB and anywhere else, that help show what the customer is thinking about.
your tl:dr, nobody can calculate that accurately enough to give you the fair share of GP/EXP.

*[1] I guess I just didn't have as much fun as you watching servers crash when I was getting 30 -40 kills per SnD and then watching everybody on my team run in place until a big ole "Disconnected from Server" popped up on the 12 round.
*[2] That's why I asked for a specific amount.
