More EXP in Clan server

Clan server barely have any players, and after many rounds of clan games, players barely earn any exp.
To encourage people play more clan games and to make their time worthwhile, maybe boost the exp by 20~30% the normal exp so clan server could be more popular.

playing the devil's advocate though, we already have clan bag exp+ and thats pretty good incentive
