Please note there may be a delay on item delivery of up to 24 hours.

There should be a daily job running to check the status of zp purchases and then award the item at that time.

If for some reason you don't get it after a day please contact us so we can troubleshoot the issue!

nah, it's a 1 time thing.

Nope, this is a one time deal this time around. As described by the event page.

The wide grenade is pretty exclusive, and pretty powerful. This is the first time we've seen it back in a while, but surely not the last time ever!
