Attention Soldiers.
We have gotten reports of some players having weird results on the Kills tracker for the Mayhem event.
They have used the Kills/Deaths reset item during May and this caused the problem.
Resetting your kills will REMOVE YOUR TRACKED KILLS FOR THE MAYHEM EVENT.
Both the mayhem event and the kills/deaths reset item are working as intended. If you reset your kills you can be expected to no longer have the kills that were tracked for the Mayhem event.
The kills/deaths reset item cannot predict which kills you got in May, and not reset those ones.
Unfortunately there will be nothing we can do about this. We'll be fixing the tracker for individuals who display bugs or negative numbers (weird displays). But if you use the reset item during May, you will still have to build up your 5,000 kills again. -

The Mayhem Begins!
We're tracking kills through the entire game. Between May 1st - 31st, if everyone can collect 250,000,000 kills in all games except ZM, MM, HM and HMX games then we will award all our month-long combatants with a brand new Mayhem Ribbon!
But we won't award it to just anyone, you have to have 5,000 kill within this month in order to get there. So be sure to start fragging your way to the top in order to qualify for this exclusive event ribbon.
This ribbon will be handed out on June 1st. You need to collect 5,000 kills between May 1-31 and the entire game must have collected 250,000,000 kills for you to win the ribbon.
Operation 'May'-Hem
Collecting kills is not going to be enough this month. We have a special operation for all our Mercenaries. Each weekend we will be giving all games and modes Bonus experience and issuing a special challenge for a prize.
Complete the challenge to win the prize. Complete all 4 of the challenges in May and win another ribbon!
The first weeks challenge starts on May 3rd with a 100% EXP bonus and requires you to play 20 SnD games between May 3rd and 5th. Complete this challenge and you will be awarded a 7 Day Bushmaster ACR.
Each week we will reveal the next challenge, complete them all and win the Operation: Mayhem exclusive event ribbon! We will have event trackers set up for these so be ready to check the event page soon.

We're dusting off some special prize items in May. Starting from May 1st until May 10th. If you spend 25,000 ZP or more on items in game (note this is not zp deposits), you can get the Wide Grenade for 30 days!

To win the other prizes you must spend the associated amount of ZP during the specific days to win the prize.

The Mayhem begins on May 1st, 2013 EST and goes all month until midnight on May 31st, 2013 EST. Stock up and get on the battlefield, you've got work to do soldier!
Fine Print and disclaimer- In order to win the 'May'hem Kills ribbon you must have a minimum of 5,000 kills (not counting Zombie Mode, Mutation Mode, HM or HMX kills)
- In order to win the Operation: Mayhem ribbon you must have played a minimum of 20 games of the associated challenge each week. This ribbon will be distributed in the first week of June.
- Prizes for each week of Operation: Mayhem will be delivered on the following Monday
- Mall Deals are 1 time prizes. Spend up to or over the appropriate amount of ZP on items in game and qualify for the bonus item.
- To win the ZP item you have to spend the amount of points in game during the time period given.
- Please note there may be a delay on item delivery of up to 24 hours.
- "Play Games" counts under the same rules that daily missions count.

calculation errorhello,
I did my share of games, 20 of them on last weekend and you counter failed , so it said I only played 19. Ok, I said, and i played another 6 games on the second triaal, on wednwsday, bud those games didn't count at all. Could you check your logs and resolve the situation?

After posting my complaint, I got hte Bushmaster but the event page is stuck at 19 SD kills. Any chance ro repair this situation?
