It is available somewhere else but i would enjoy it but i really want an Axe Silver. But the down side of it is it looks ugly in my opinion but we are gona get it some day.

Nice suggestion. I'm also pretty positive it will be introduced to this version of CF sooner or later since it's already in other versions (just search for it, hard to miss).
However, I'm rather sure it will be a GP crate. In my view, Z8games will not bring out any more weapons that can be obtained for BP. Those BP are abundant among players, so many people would get a new BP gun the first days it gets introduced. However, Z8games has to pay to get such content into CF UK/NA. Therefore, Z8games would only make a very tiny bit of profit from people who used all their BP or have none. Most players however, would get a basically free gun...
