Although I am leading this group, I want to be taught to.

This is where Expert to Novice can play together and learn from one another.

What is the best way to learn a skill? To be around others that already know BUT they may need to be thought another skill.

IE:
Player A is a master at sniping. Others learn from him. Player A wants to learn more about rifling. Well the players that are learning to snipe from Player A will in return teach him how to rifle better.
