i think it`s fair as well for the guy who just re-spawned, he used ubiquitous machine to come here to kill the other player, think about it haha

Well the player who may kill you, isnt paying attention?
Its maybe a problem if you got sprayed xd
Maybe less it to 1 sec instead of 3, another solve of the biggest problem.
