My big fat pile of suggestions. =)

1- Add assists to the game.
Competitive players compete for good Kill death ratios a ton and this would help by giving credit to a player who does 90 damage to 3 people and then dies and gets nothing for the 270 damage he just did.
2- Add more competitive modes
There are too many variations of mutation mode already. It would be nice to see more competitive modes added for example capture the flag would be huge for competitive play. Along with that some form of king of the hill / domination would be cool too.
3- Gun variety
Ill keep this one simple. Less ZP crates that are new skins, more GP guns more BP guns and change the coupon items more often to rotate in ZP crates.
4- Clan server events.
I think you should take the top competitive teams in clan server and let them compete for a prize. (Before doing this you would have to disclude the teams who farm clan wins for the points)
5- Ability to set rules in clan server.
It would be great to be able to set a custom rule set for rooms in clan server that way both competitive and non-competitive players could play in clan server.
6- More Maps
Its the hardest thing to do probably but more Search and Destroy maps would be appreciated

+1 I was just talking with my clan about this the other day, it would be nice to get some exp of hitting a guy for 99

+1 after a while the reskins with slight modifications do get boring
