Convert BP to ZP

How about being able to convert bonus points into zp? You don't earn any bonus points when you've converted BP into ZP. Not sure what rates would be fair, maybe 10k BP for 1k ZP? Something smaller maybe, I don't know, I'll let you lot discuss that part. Anyway, it would make a lot of people happy who have tones of BP spare.
