[CF Rise Tournament] Brackets and Match Reporting Thread

no one from wekwek was informed of this match. we would like to propose a re-schedule game, most likely on sunday.
You should've checked the brackets. You knew you won the last match, why wouldn't you check to see who you're playing next? Also, it's been said many times that if the two teams don't talk to agree on a reschedule, the default time will be played. I find it odd that you can remember the OCG tournament but not the CFR.

It's not Foobs responsibility to inform the teams of who they're playing next. There's links to the brackets posted everywhere. Its your teams job to check, that isn't our fault. -

-A tournament going on for 2 days (total of 8 matches during those 2 days) with a prize pool of gaming equipment and 750,000 zp sponsored by z8games. Also an anticheat
-A small cup ran by a forumer with no prize (?) and no anticheat other than bandicam
Obviously they're going to focus more on the tournament... Seems like you guys are scared to play wekwek. Did you even attempt to contact them? -

This tournament has been going on longer than that one (as far as I know). We made the room and waited for them to log on so we could contact them to let them know that we had everything ready to go for them. They didn't log. They had a week to check the bracket. No excuse, imo. -

If you waited 40 minutes and none of them even logged on, then yes it's fine that you reported a FFW. I was just saying that they might've forgot about the match after playing OCG all day. No trolling was intended. -

Stating this to, also, clear things up for others who may be confused/concerned;
I (personally, not sure about the other girls) checked every 5 minutes for about 30 minutes to see if any member from WekWek was on. Our intent was to make it easy for them by having the room ready. We made the room 10 minutes before the set time, then waited until 8:15 pm EST/EDT before submitting the screenshots for DQ. Quite a few teams have pulled a "no-show". This is no different than those. A grace period of 1 week to check the brackets seems more than fair. -

First off Chubby bunny should be dQ'd because they played with an illegal player ''ty2k'' who was not on the roster. Alvin did not add him to the roster. Myself, Andre, and Nova looked threw this entire thread and not once did he add him to the roster.

Last I saw, he was never on the roster, and having 2-3 carbon players smurfing for you guys isn't something to be proud of.

I am not a smurf lol. Carbon was never in CF Rise, I ( Andrej ) been playing with Alvin the whole time . -

Here is the play by play:
We notified the tourney admin of or situation on the roster change to which he agreed.
We told you're team this, so if anyone should dispute it should be one of them not you.
We gave you a chance to back out but you decided to play.
No disputes were made post-match. Then one is made 5 hours later from a person who didn't even play?
What are you trying to accomplish here? -

I find this very funny, you know why? I just had a conversation with DAN.D the REAL owner of DAN.D, he said he was the one playing the "match" and you're here saying "I'm not a smurf, this is my account and I've been playing with Alvin the whole time."

The admin had already accepted me onto alvin's roster. Plus my team is not even in this tourney, Nova had said it was fine for me to play therefore there shouldn't be any type of dq.
I assume the admins of this tournament lets you change the roster right when you have a match? And I believe Nova said "dont matter" to something else since he was the first one that did not want to play because you weren't on the roster. Andrej (who was playing on DAN.D) also said we can dispute after the match, correct? So THAT is what we're doing right now. -

Are you really this dense? I just said tommy was registered via admin notification, we gave you a chance to back out but you wanted to play. -
