Clan only guns

add guns and gear to a special clan only section so that people who are in a clan can get different stuff like maybe put the clan symbol on the gun like the clan backpacks. might want to add a rank limit or a member limit.

I remember the clan mall being alot better a long time ago. They said they stopped working on that part since almost nobody used it.
