control problems

Hi, i have just started the game and started the tutorial and found out i can neither use my shift nor my ctrl key the don´t work! What coud be the problem?

if you have a different language for your keyboard, try changing it to english
or try going into options and changing the keys.

yeah i already found out that i can change it in the options menu but even if I save it, it changes back when I log in the next time...

And changing the keyboard to english every time in no less frustating. Is there no temporary solutionß
