Remember the FN FAL CAMO from Mutation Mode? Well, its the same thing, but better.
There are two firing modes: Rifle and Grenade, and can be switched by right-clicking. The rifle mode functions like the M4 or the M16, but with increased rapid fire. The grenade mode fires impact grenades similar to the FAL's launcher. The rifle carries 30 rounds, and the grenade carries 6 rounds. The cost of this weapon is either 3000 ZP or 120000 GP, and is reserved for SFC 1 only.

Wow. Just....no.
1. For just SFC 1? A little reserved, don't you think?
2.Grenade launcher? Way OP. Same with rapid fire.
3. GP will never happen. 3000 ZP is 100x too cheap.
4. In suggestions, wrong place.

worst suggestion I've read in 2013 yet... probably gonna stay this way aswell lol, sfc? lol.. u don't stay on that rank for too long eh? oh and your grenade launcher right.. great idea so I could go on tower in EE and spam a top ? lol bad suggestions, maybe when we get an mmo rpg style cf this would be good to have but till then just play hmx and pray to be hero lol

2) i think about weapon like this befor but i found if this weapon founded what will stay for the hero to be special ""lol like that we should have the character of the hero in Zp mall too :XD"

3) for SFC only i creat my ace in 9/2012 and start playing in it in 4/2013 i bought VIP weapon and now it's only 10k Exp to get SFC rank and will pas it in less than 1 day SFC rank is nothing now a days

Your suggestion is flawed for two reasons:
1. The kinetic group (also known as the rifle) of the XM29 is not a M4 or M16 variant, but based on the Heckler & Koch G36. That kinetic group later evolved into the XM8 after the XM29 was separated into a rifle and a grenade launcher. Therefore, the stats should be based on the G36 or XM8.
2. A grenade launcher is way too overpowered anywhere oustide HM. Considering how much damage a grenade deals, you will score multiple kills with one grenade in crowded maps. Now imagine multiplying this damage potential by six.
