Regarding the Reflex vs SD Match, we had major server lags and instabilities on some important rounds that could have been in our favour. I Bandied both halves for proof but only 1 SS on first half and couldn't on the second due to server issues, I got an error. But I do have it on video.
I was hoping if anything could be done about that.
And requesting from SD, Ivan, Djey, and 0hya's Bandicams.

The server lag affected everyone in the match, not just your team in specific. Neither of the teams were at a greater disadvantage than the other. There is nothing we as admins can do about the fact that G4Box's servers were lagging. If it wasn't the server lag and it was just you that was lagging, then it was most likely a problem with your internet, in which there is again nothing we as admins can do to help you.
Assuming SD has their bandicams, they will advance in the brackets. -
