Joining Server/channel/room Queue

So whenever you click a room/channel/server that is full (obviously) you are put in queue, by order of arrival, obviously.
Many games have this, you can cancel at any time, and you have to wait some time to get in, but you DON'T NEED TO ENDLESSLY SPAM to enter a full server.

Simple, easy, and you don't need to spam the server and get angry at it.

But why don't they get rid of such server/channel slice?!
All I want to choose as an end user are:

• server location (NA-East/NA-West/UK and corresponding clan servers),
• skill level (trainee, normal, advanced)
• and mode/map.

That's it! I don't wanna choose between Alpha or Bravo, between channel 1 and channel 2, since they got NO DIFFER!
