GameGuard keeps popping up telling me i have a hack :S

Stupid game guard keeps popping up disconecting me from CF saying gamehack detected file is in system32 called "dbgeng.dll" and thats not even a ahck tool or what ever need it for playing games and online crap everyone has it on their comp. and its discontecting me continuously so i cant play. ive tried delteing gameguard and reinstalling, tried removing cf completely and make a new download and well everything but the stupid message keeps popping up. wud be great if someone cud help me out thanks :l
