Crossfire mistake please I help

Somebody can me to help and to solve that problem!
I lowered the crossfire installed when I click in the icon of the launcher appears that problem Image

I already lowered the net framework 3.5 directX 9.0 everything to diffuse stiller continues that mistake already tried reverse to install I already lowered stiller a lot of times the crossfire that mistake to persist and my PC has yes requirements to turn crossfire of good!

Please somebody I help.

I sought la in the topic of more problems didn't find anything on that mistake!

i got a wepon from Black Market and it didnt actuallt show up in my inventory
