Why can't spectators see public chat? And it would be also good if they could see incoming whispers and could chat witch each other.

lets say a noob spectate and start spamming...
yeah u have kick votes but thinking that more will come and start saying foolish things u might run out of votes and u wont able to kick them all...
clan chat or whispering are ok

spectator chat as in 'public chat' but for spectators only can see.

Clan chat and whispers might lead to ghosting.

I agree, it's always awkward just sitting in silence spectating.

Spectators used to be able to chat with the people playing when spectating was first implemented.


I remember ghost mode spectators telling Global Risk where the ghosts were.


I appreciate the chat being removed for spectators.
