How to Get?

How do you get the Thompson and other new Weapons? I Searched the Mall and I Searched the in-game "Item Shop" And they aren't there! I Saw people using it and when they died I Came to them and switched my Weapon for they're Weapon, but How did they get them?

you can get it in black market(in game),but i recomend you NOT TO BUY IT.just wasting your money
