add an option in all mode disallows using smoke
it's very ridiculous thing when about 10 guys throw stupid smoke grenades
the FPS goes to 5 and you can't see anything

It's a legit strategy build for one pupose: obscuring your (enemy's) vision
if smoke triggers a severe decrease of performance you shouldn't play games on your computer.
