We're very inconsistent with stuff like necroing. I think it's okay for a good thread like this one (save for people posting "don't bump1!!"), but someone else might disagree and would probably be more accurate.
So that spoon-served(?) thing is.. a pudding?

Dude, i’m gonna type as sober as possible, that honestly looks pathetic and digusting compared to my meal. and I’m being one hundred percent serious. Sorry we dont cook crap that was perviously in cans. you’re a joke dude, and im dead serious. gert areal family that cooks good food, drinks beer and wine and winecoolers and has a good time, and has a milliondollar house on the beach, im seriously.. dont eever potst your poverty dinner on these forums ever the again bro, and by bro i mean never my bro.

yeh, some threads are worthy and should be necroed once in a while.
It is served with a spoon, but has a completely different texture and, in my opinion anyway, tastes better than pudding. -

yeah i was going to make normal ones but they ran out of almonds at the store so just decided to go with pistachio and chocolate, the guess really liked it more -
So I want to do some crème brûlée, but don't have many small dishes.
Would a big one in a water-bath work?
should work. in my opinion it`s harder to caramelise consistently with the blowtorch, when using larger dishes. not a big deal, but if you want to impress, you can throw it in the oven a bit in order to get a solid base and then finish with the torch (moving it from the outside to the center)

everyone can cook if he/she takes some time in order to learn how to make things happen! you are probably not that interested >)
