After a quick discussion a few of us decided we wanted to try and get a dedicated thread of MS paint battles going.

In this version you simply add on to the picture with an object of your choosing (keep it appropriate). The objective is to create some sort of interesting scene.

We might later discuss creating a separate thread for a "story" version of MS Paint Battles where each picture is some sort of new scene or a game version, but for now we thought this would be enjoyable and easy enough to moderate.

Rules:
  • The image must be appropriate as to following the Z8Games Forum Rules
  • Only one object per post*
  • No double posting an image**
  • No changing image sizes. Keep them at the size they were posted in. (750x750)
  • Do not overwrite someone's addition.*** Add on to it in some way or leave it alone.
  • Additions must add to the scene. No adding random text like "Hi!" or your name (Unless cleverly done in an encrypted way that makes sense to the scene.)****
  • Moderators have the right to remove any image for any reason if it breaks a rule which includes, being inappropriate, the wrong size, adding something that ruins the purpose of the scene/image (such as random text), etc. If it breaks the rules, it will be removed. You may still continue playing the game, but if you continue breaking the rules on purpose you will be infracted for trolling.
  • Do not change the image size.

*The object can be something full, like a person with clothes and some accessories, but try to keep it to a minimum so other players can add things like accessories to create something where everyone changes it in their own mind to something different. This being said, don't make a whole huge fleet of army men, or something of the like.

**Before you post another version of the image, let someone else post their addition, then add on to whatever they have created.

***You may add on to someone's addition. For instance, add a flower on a table, or an image to a television someone made. However do not place your addition over someone else's, example being do not add a gun frame completely over someone's picture frame. You may however make your addition change what their addition was, example being changing a brown table into a horse by adding a neck and head.

****Names and such can be added in a clever way, such as a speech bubble in a line of text that adds on to the story of the scene or a TV brand label plaque, but do not just place random text such as "Hi" or your name randomly on the picture.

If there are more than one version floating around because multiple people were working on the same version at once, just pick one and add to it. Otherwise, pick whatever version has the most added on to it.

Whenever a Moderator feels an image is done with and does not need anymore additions, that moderator will start a new image and update the first post with the current image. When that image is posted, start working from there!

To post your image, take the image link and put it between the [noparse][IMG][/IMG][/noparse] tags. The result will be something like: [noparse]google.com[/noparse]

Note to moderators:

When you make a new image, update the first post under "Current Image:" for the new one as well as posting a new post about it. Also take the current last version of the old one, and add it into the Wall of Artwork for future reference.

Also, please keep the image size the same for all images. (750x750)
