They said there were problems with putting hats in crates, that's why they didn't do so anymore. Don't know what the problem was though, I think it had something to do with multiple hats disappearing in your storage after you won them because the system would only allow you to own one, before this is fixed they don't want to add hats in crates anymore, so far as I recall.

I'm sure if they liked the idea as well, they would be able to fix it. As far as I'm aware, you're only able to own one of any wearable item, so yea, I could see the problems that would come up.

Spreading it would sound like the best way of distributing it.

They might be able to add exp+ on zp ones or something like that though.
