IGN Change Sugestion

How about when people change their names we get a msg in our inbox or something. It should say this player _________ is now known as _________. I rlly hate it when people change their ign, and me not knowing who he/she is or was. Idk if this has previously been suggested. I think this would be a really cool feature that will use our cf in game msging system to our advantage

Even something on the website would be nice, just some sort of notification or way of checking who's who in terms of name changes. I feel like only the latest name should be displayed, or names used in the last year, etc.

A total list would be pretty unnecessary, but +1.

However, it'd be a nice minute implementation and option for friends only. A whole list of every single player who has or have had an in-game name change would indeed be quite unnecessary, as Bawbs mentioned.

Nonetheless, I don't see any harm it could possibly cause. Therefore, +1.

Well you can only change your Forum name once a month I believe, so why should you be able to hide your identity in-game whenever you want?

I meant in friends list, but if you mean in general then they should have no friends in the first place.

Why not just have like a pm kind of feature where you can select who on your friends you'd like to send a message to. So you can say "I changed my name to _________" ?

But ur idea still +1
