My id and password are both very easy to guess, although its an account i dont use anymore because of this. What if somone eventaully gets on my account and does whatever they do on it? will my main be affected by these actions?
I have already sent in a support ticket about my first email on this account but im having no luck and really need to change the password because of secuirty reasons.

This thread is over a year old, and it clearly it didn't help the hacking situation.

In our continuing effort to stop players who abuse our game, i.e. hackers, farmers, botters, we have changed our account creation policy as per the following:
Old Policy: 3 accounts / Day
New Policy: 5 accounts / Month

5 maximum accounts per month is probably as reasonable as it should get.
- Legit players may want to make alts. But in all honesty, there is no need to. I've always played on my main account, and was never interested in building up multiple accounts.
- If a player decides to cheat on all 5 accounts he's recently made, he's done for the month. There's no telling if he may return the next month, but I highly doubt it. He's going to get tired of waiting eventually and just moves on. Moral to that; don't cheat. It only gets worse for you, not better.
And I think this gives support more breathing room, and actually able to deal with the hackers more efficiently. Not that they haven't been doing so, but the 3 accounts/day means the cheater only needs to wait 24 hours to cheat again, essentially.
Great step forward and a positive change. This is good to see, and I'm really appreciating the feedback from the players as well, on the "no cheater" statement.
