Figure out your budget and hit up a local Tiger, Micro, Best Buy Etc. Not sure if your asking for a Card or an Aftermarket Fan(Cooler)?

Both, I get like 100 fps in a 5v5 so I think its time to get a new one. I need a fan too.

edit; Never bought a fan before so I dont know which ones are good/same with gcard

I can go to it
