FG LAN - sprayOPS (ayce)
Rushed this ………. Don’t mind my grammar
Frist up I’d like by starting to thanks Frost gaming, JP and Delaco for getting this to happen. Though it was a little chaotic at first with some dcs, mumble and driver issues it all came together at the end.
Met up with drel and lam and the eHostage boys too, we went around the Eaton center looking for food while we waited to check in to the hotel. Later that day we ended up going to the LAN center (NETCONNECT) on yonge st. it was fun though we were playing without IPEE as he was with Alvin Karaoke-ing that day. After the LAN center we headed back to the hotel as delaco was dropping us off I ended in the trunk as there was no space (was the worst ride of my life) my neck was so hurt. Once we got inside we finally saw Ipee (drunk- apparently wotip bought all of SNSD and ipee Dinner) so yeh we got back in the room dropped our stuff and headed over to PIZZA PIZZA to get some grub. We ate by the lan area at the radisson and called it a night (Note: time was 2 AM). Once we got in the room we were all rdy to sleep (supposedly) but lam needed to go to the washroom…………..(aftermath : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uID9h7-q_pU) we didn’t end up sleeping after another hour or so. But everyone woke up randomly throughout the night. Till it was 7 AM then we all got up showered and got ready. We ended up waking up ehostage as they were all sleeping, then head off to the lan room.
Being my very first LAN the environment was crazy with people screaming and just going back and forth. sprayOPS end up with a record of 2-2 at lan winning against Molson and undaunted and losing to ANOK(not sure if its spelt right) , and web gaming placing 5th overall. I personally think our first lost to ANOK hurt us, as it really did take us out of the mood. But following the win against undaunted we started to make better calls and decisions. At the end Web Gaming just out shot us. I ended up leaving an hour later as my ride arrived say my goodbyes and went home.
I miss the guys and also the eHostage boys tori is just too funny man, looking forward to the next lan :P
