When I'm going install CF it says the files are corrupted . I've download it from the z8 site.

Before You Go Download Turn Off Your Antivirus
Try To Download The Newest Version
And Dont Forget To Run As Administrator

It's possible that a virus is corrupting the files as you download them. I've downloaded from Mirror 1 twice now, and it worked perfectly both times. Try downloading from some of the other mirrors and see if it works. If not, do a complete virus scan on your system.
