but however in the coming weeks, this rule will be abolished due we are only going as low as master sergeant for clan start up purposes as we are only 5 days old. -

but obviously it would take a fair long time for us to get recognized as one of the top clans but everything takes time you dont grow old in a day :P

One of your member put the clan down for me. I thought this clan might be good and after i read this thread first game i played ur member killed_by_me was there. He failed hard and everytime i kill him he hackusates. I dont snipe and i outsnipe him. He put the clan rating down by lots of levels bro.

im damned stict with my players.
if they cannot conduct themselfs with proper repsect in public matches, they are not worth having in the clan.
as it reflects badly on us and what the clan stands for.

this is mainly there based experience within the game however the Rank and the KDR are linked together so it will be hard for me to decide if they get in even if they have the rank but bad kdr. however i do , do trial runs for the clan. so the KDR effect can be moved around.

i am aware of farmers and i do realize that rank usually doesn't mean anything on crossfire however my clan is farmer free.
in my opinion a LT with a good KDR and doesn't farm is legit, and thats what i like to have in my clan.
but there is also a level of respect i would like acquired for my clan in the coming weeks, and that can only be achieved at this point in time with the Ranks stated. i know alot of people do not respect LT's due to farming and the fact you can be awesome and not be an LT but LT's that are legit are respected and alot more skilled and noticed more within the crossfire community.
there are exceptions to this rule such as high rank Master sergeants with a good kdr but they are only let in if they are rather pro and are not far off rank up.
1 member of my clan is an exception as he plays 24/7 and will be LT in no time. -
