Hire more Server Techs.

This is the 5th week in a row that Z8 has had it's servers down during the weekend.
Z8 makes it's money by players playing their game and liking it enough to pay for things from it, the weekend is when the most gamers are likely to be playing. If players aren't able to play the game they will move on to other games and won't be convinced to pay for things from the game. Z8 loses lots of potential income because of the servers going down.

Z8 needs to hire server techs to keep their servers running during the weekend because it is becoming quite clear that the current policy of no one working on the weekend for Z8 is no longer the economically logical choice.

  • there are on-call techs.
but they need to be called, and its like 7-8 in the morning over there.
on a sunday. which follows saturday.
  • I agree, I as a GM player only need about two days to do the current ribbon event.. I only can play on the weekend, so every time I have tried to log on during this entire month, I have been unsuccessful. This is ridiculous.

I'd be surprised if Z8 didn't have anyone on-call, but on-call is used for the occasional hiccup with the servers. This is happening way to frequently to be just the occasional hiccup and on-call people usually already put in a 40 hour work week, which is why I suggest they hire people to work on the servers over the weekend so some poor fellow doesn't keep getting their weekend ruined.

hiring three people to keep an eye on the servers for the weekends isn't justifiable.

It is when the servers are the main source of income for Z8 and they keep going down during the most profitable part of the week. If this only happened once or twice you be right, but it isn't just once or twice.

So why exactly can't z8 get the rights to hire their own developers, instead of relying on the lazy devs in Korea. This would make maintenance on crappy content like this dinner theater one so much more instantaneous. And z8 could side step the recurring pool of reskins also and give us unique and original guns. Z8 never gives us a chance to talk to them about what we feel is a con or pro about this game, and that's what makes this game so unbearable to play.

because g4 is a publisher, not a developer.

Is there a way we could get the rights to develop content for this game? I know getting around these international copyright laws is tricky but it's been done before. I mean the amount of zp deposits would soar if simple things would be fixed faster, as well as the amount of players.

International copyright laws are somewhat..... tricky to deal with when developing content for an internet application.

    Try Kickstarter?
