crossfire not working

i try and log into crossfire and it tells me "data transmission is not stable. failed to submit player info to server."i have made four usernames and it happens on every account. please help if you figure this out

This sounds like it might be a connection issue. Have you tried reinstalling?

Closing other programs etc.

Creating more accounts won't solve a problem like this.

i reinstalled twice. ive closed some programs but im not too good with computers so im not sure what else to close down
