Frost Gaming LAN Tournament Brackets
We have a wonderful turnout of 12 teams that are participating in the Frost Gaming LAN in Toronto, ON Canada on March 30th, 2013.
Here is the brackets for the 1st round.

This is a Double Elimination Tournament.
Since this isn't a "Perfect"(2,4,8,16,32,etc) bracket, there will be 4 teams that will sit out the 1st round.
During the regular matches, teams will play one map. This map will chosen by the teams out of a pool of 3 maps, using a ban/pick phase. One team will ban a map, and the other team will then choose a map to play between the remaining two.
Example:
It is the first round of the tournament, Molson vs. Welfare. The teams flip a coin, Molson wins the toss, and decides they want to ban.
Molson then proceeds to ban one of the three available maps; they ban out Sub Base. Welfare then chooses Port as the map.
The map pools for each round are as follows:
Round 1: Port - Sub Base - Ankara
Round 2: Ankara - Mexico - Ceyhan
Round 3: Santoria - BlackWidow - Sub Base
Round 4: Black Widow - Ceyhan - Port
The final match (Grand Finals) will be a best of three. The maps will be chosen from the entire map pool, using the following process:
The two maps chosen by the teams will be played, and the map left unselected as a ban/pick will be played as the tie breaker.

Maybe that could be done. Personally I think the random factor is just a better idea in general to prevent a cluster of stronger teams in the BYE. Give teams a better chance to not 0-2 both matches. But if enough people want otherwise it can happen. -

I just don't want to see my boy dreninem to be knocked into the loser bracket first round. ouch.taeyon seems scared to play eHOSTAGE :DDDDD

The site made the brackets random. I didnt place them or anything.
If a team is good, they will win. Doesnt matter if they get a bye or not.
A bye team could loose in their first match. -

Well, if SNSD has to play first round, we will get DQ'd automatically for no show. WoTip takes a whole hour to set his hair. -
Prepare the red carpet.But if he looks good, thats the most important factor.I take a pretty long time to get ready, and waking up this early is normally a no-no unless its for work.

I'll cheer my guys from SNSD and Welfare on. Wish I was going but first time I got sniped by some panerzie using a awp I'd fly cross the room a put a chair to his face =") /grlrage.
