I know i had a terrible rep but i have matured. I was thinking about coming back to competitive cf in about 3 weeks until my hand heals. Is the competitive scene more lively? Any advice or criticism will be useful!

Or your hand can heal, and you can get on your treadmill for 2 hours a day and work on your speed and stamina that might be better for soccer.

My hand will heal no prob. Once i start soccer i wont play much. I have build on my speed
