Tired of NOT getting clan points from CW?

You all know these noob clans leaving right after the fireworks. When they do this your clan gets no clan points and no win. Your clan war win ratio goes down the drain.

My suggestion:
Create Honor Ratings for Clans (Very Good, Good, Bad, Terrible).
How this works, if the other clan leaves, you can send replay to support and support will -1 the ratings for clans as well as give you the clan points and wins that you deserve.

Now you might say that I need to quit when you go against hackers. Do not worry! What kind of hackers will send in replays?!?!?

Anyways, let me know what you guys think. Any improvements or suggestions?

I want to add incentives so Clans will want to have good honor ratings but cannot come up with a sustainable incentive as of yet.

Maybe if it was automated, like the Honor system is.

But having it done via support would only flood them and take away resources from banning hackers.
